Candidate Assessment:
Accurate candidate job history and experience provided to you is critical. All care is taken to ensure all detail on employment dates, employment position histories, education and education qualifications is qualified. Candidates referred to you have been through a screening process. Skill testing and verbal references are conducted where possible and or applicable.

Some of the tools utilised are:
  • Psychological Appraisals – test dominance levels, drive, extroversion, confidence, and social sensitivity. You receive a full written report and suggested interview questions.

  • Ability Assessments - test numerical ability, accuracy, coding, word checking, spelling and grammar.

  • Software Skills - windows-based programs to provide you with a true assessment of candidates’ software knowledge, skills and abilities.

  • Data Entry Capabilities - test accuracy and speed - both numeric & alpha input.

Should your requirements be more specific, for example, management and executive recruitment, Pace will outsource the appropriate testing or assessment at an additional cost.

Advertising:
Our relationship with key advertisers ensures you get the best value for your advertising dollar, in prime advertising space.

Display advertising requires client authorisation and is charged to you.
