Role Definition and Position Description
We will conduct a consultation session to gain a detailed understanding of your recruitment requirements. This not only includes the identification of key areas of expertise, reporting matrix, responsibilities and candidate background but also provides the opportunity to understand and weigh behavioural competency requirements and technical skills needed for this position.
We will agree the frequency and method of communication between Pace and our client, ensuring a clear and open approach to the assignment delivery process
This specific project would necessitate a full search of the relevant market. This process begins with research and when appropriate candidates have been identified; a pro-active process ascertaining the candidate’s motives and fit. The sourcing strategy, will involve exploring various channels to attract a wide option of potential candidates for this role.

- Database Search –We will conduct a thorough search of our existing database and will discuss the opportunity in confidence with all candidates that match the brief
- Internet Advertisement – We will place advertisements on leading internet-based employment websites in order to attract active qualified applicants

To provide you with a “pre-screened” list of skilled candidates rapidly we will talk to multiple prospects to gain their interest and authority to represent; we will pre-screen candidates based on their ability to do the job and we will send candidates through for perusal as quickly as possible. Select and Shortlist
To provide you with a shortlist of recommended candidates who have been selected for the role we conduct a robust interview process. With a deep understanding of the industry we will adhere to thorough interview probing into the technical capabilities and the behavioural competencies required for the roles. Part of our service to our client will be to define a set of behavioural interview questions which will be used in the interviewing process, to ensure that these requirements are met through the selection process

Due Diligence & Security
Verification of information supplied by the candidate and the collection of reference information is critical when taking a decision to make an offer of employment. The goal here is to work with all parties involved to ensure that an offer is made to the most appropriate candidate.
Our due diligence process ensures thoroughness and rigour is applied to the collection of information on which our clients may make an informed decision. This report includes:
Verification: All detail on employment dates, employment position histories, education and education qualifications, work rights and any relevant licences are qualified. Candidates referred to you have been through a screening process
Reference Checks: As required, we will conduct two detailed reference checks by people who have supervised, reported to and worked with the candidate.
Background Checks: Criminal background reports will be sought if required, These can be provided at an additional cost
Psychometric/Behavioural and Skills Based Testing
Psychological Appraisals: Test the scale of dominance, extroversion confidence and social sensitivity. A tailored suggestion of interview questions and an analytical report will be sent to you.
Ability Assessments: Test numerical ability, accuracy, coding, word checking, spelling and grammar.
Software Skills: Windows-based programs to provide you with a true assessment of candidates’ software knowledge, skills and abilities.
Data Entry Capabilities: Test accuracy and speed - both numeric & alpha input.
Should your requirements be more specific, for example, management and executive recruitment, Pace will outsource the appropriate testing or assessment at an additional cost.
