Continuing our development and growth we are looking for an experienced and highly professional Branch Manager / Senior recruiter to join the Melbourne team. This is more than just another recruitment role. Whilst you will be given support and career development, your results will speak for themselves, we are not caught up in scrutinizing KPI’s and micromanaging. We seek talented and career focused people that complement our long-standing national team. As we are a privately-owned company, the longer-term career path for the successful candidate is the opportunity to have uncapped earning capacity along with the input to employ additional staff and develop the team further who will report directly through to yourself.

About You
To be considered for this position, you will ideally have 5+ years’ previous experience recruiting within the supply chain and logistics industries, with a proven history of success in developing strong industry contacts and delivering sophisticated recruitment solutions. To be successful within our organization you must be self-motivated, ambitious and confident and you will be rewarded by the uncapped and generous commission structure. A natural ability to lead and work cohesively with our team and a history of career longevity and stability is sought. A genuine underlying desire to work with people and demonstrate core ethics in your service is paramount. Whilst not mandatory, tertiary qualifications in either Supply Chain & Logistics or Human Resources will be highly regarded.
