Our client is one the leading multinational businesses within their industry with multiple sites across Australia. Due to their growing business they are now seeking a Customer Service Superstar to join their busy team.

Your role will cover administrative duties, advising clients of inventory levels, ETDs, quotes, handling complaints, covering reception as well as liaising with the production team in regards to obtaining timelines for finished goods. Ideally you will have worked with a company that has manufactured or imported / exported final product.

Strong IT systems knowledge will be highly regarded and an eye for detail, excellent presentation, superior communication skills and ability to work effectively in a small team environment will be mandatory.
