We are currently working on 3 very different, yet equally interesting new customer service positions within the international forwarding industry. If you are ready to make the move, one of these roles may be just what you’re after…

Want to work in the Northern Suburbs? This global logistics company offer international freight forwarding, customs clearance and 3PL services to a highly diverse client base, to include retailers, importers and exporters. Joining a Customer Service Team of three, you will look after your own portfolio of import clients. This role does not include quoting or any internal sales duties (they have a separate team who handle pricing/quoting etc), freeing you up to handle any queries your customer may have. You will work under a very supportive, approachable Manager who boasts a solid operational and customer service background (great if you’re a little lean on some areas and need help answering the odd question!).

Looking for a City based role? We love recruiting for this company! They’re friendly, professional, stable and very well respected within this industry. You will join a highly experienced Customer Service team managing your own clients (mainly Importers) using Expedient. You will enjoy the peace of mind that comes when you are backed by a stable operations team who fully understand your clients’ individual requirements. All work is handled here in Australia (no offshore team) so full control is yours!
