Export Documentation / Customer Service Officer (14 month contract)

This is a great opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer and distributor of a wide range of consumer goods. Exporting a high volume of shipments globally you will be part of a friendly and professional team.

As part of the export customer service team you will be liaising with a variety of stakeholders to ensure export orders are processed within given time frames and documentation is executed both timely and accurately.

Duties will include entering orders accurately into SAP, checking and liaising with customers in regards to minimum order quantities, booking vessels, arranging transfer orders, coordination with the planning team on production and stock availability and ensure that specific shipping schedules are met.

Additionally you will be responsible for preparation and completion of all export documents in SAP plus the creation and receipting of invoices into SAP for all related freight charges.

To be considered for this role you must be able to "hit the ground running". At least 3 years experience in an export environment is required. Experience with SAP is mandatory.
