Our client is a niche importer and recognised leader in their chosen commodity. They are looking for a motivated self starter to join their Logistics Team. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
•Managing customer complaints
•Processing orders / invoicing
•General administrative tasks
•Liaising with warehouse and transport companies to track deliveries
•Monitoring lead times
•Attending to customer queries
•Displaying exceptional customer service skills and product knowledge
Ideally the right candidate will have:
•At least 3-5 years proven experience in a similar role within the food / FMCG industry
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•IT system use of Navision would be highly regarded
