An excellent opportunity has presented for an Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator to join their dedicated team. This is a varied role coordinating export orders to world wide customers and includes:
Obtaining product clearances & container release details, completion of pre-receival advice, preparation of export documentation, regular liaison with international clients and suppliers, regular liaison with customs, freight forwarders, shipping lines and other ad hoc duties as required.
It is essential that you have previous experience with the preparation of export documentation from a manufacturing environment and can demonstrate very high attention to detail. Experience with an FMCG exporter will be highly regarded as will experience establishing Letters of Credit, however the latter is not crucial as the supportive team is happy to train the successful applicant. You must have the ability to work effectively in a close team environment and be able to multitask.
This role would be well suited to someone with 2-3 years export experience who is looking to take the next step by joining a highly professional environment to further their export knowledge & skill set!
