Our client is a reputable family owned organisation, who are market leaders in their niche commodity, both locally and abroad.

They are now in the market for a creative, passionate and enthusiastic Marketing/Digital Communications Coordinator to head up their marketing division for their Melbourne office.

They are seeking someone who has the ability to bring about change into their office by rebuilding websites from code and improving the status quo.

Working autonomously and reporting to the General Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Ensuring that company and brand values are reflected both in the digital space and other avenues
Monitoring budgets and cost saving initiatives
Producing Google Analytics reports
Collaborating with Product Managers, Sales, NPD & Production departments
Carrying out of revision requests to delivered projects
Implementation of an e-Commerce platform
Systems development and continuous improvement strategies
Rebuilding websites from code/content editing/redesigning (CMS)
Presenting ideas at National Sales Conference and other formal management meetings
Coordinate and develop promotions and promotional material (B2B & B2C)
Expanding, optimising and managing current online presence across 8 company websites both domestically and internationally
Designing labels, banners, pamphlets and other non-digital products
Attending trade shows
Identifying market potentials and room for growth
Driving sales growth through multi-faceted social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, applications and email campaigns


The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

Positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude
Relevant degree or qualification in sales/marketing/business management
Strong advocacy and written communication skills
Strong Photoshop skills and knowledge of HTML & CSS & Google Analytics
At least 3+ years in a similar role
High level of digital aptitude
Passion for digital and marketing communications
Ability to travel to South Eastern suburbs
Attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
Ability to produce relevant portfolios and representations of previous work
