Organisational Development Specialist

You will help the business achieve operational excellence by the provision of specialist services, input and advice that strengthen the business processes and procedures.  

The accountabilities in this role include:

  • Support the development of innovative OD and learning and development projects, programmes and initiatives for the development of the organisations culture and values, management of change, employee engagement and wellbeing, talent management, leadership capability and all employee development related initiatives
  • Provide direction and leadership in the development and implementation of change management processes, in partnership with HR managers
  • Conduct organisational needs analysis and lead the development of appropriate plans and programmes to ensure all employees have the skills, knowledge and experience to perform their roles to the highest standard and meet the future needs of the organisation
  • Network effectively across a complex organisational structure, building relationships across the group in order to ensure that the service delivers relevant, value-added solutions
  • Provide vision and leadership to your team by managing people, performance, development, health and wellbeing issues and resources effectively and in line with relevant policies and procedures

The successful candidate:

  • Degree qualified with proven experience in organisational development, HR or equivalent
  • You are passionate about devising, implementing and evaluating complex OD programmes and projects
  • A great understanding of the challenges that occur from workforce transformation
  • Proven ability to confidently influence and manage across various stakeholder groups
  • The ability to draw on your experience implementing change through various best practice methodologies
  • Some experience to IR would be desirable
  • An advocate for change
