From a young age I have always been given the title of the “social butterfly”, which I never thought would be meaningful in my life. What gave me this title by others I believe, was my inquisitive nature. I was that annoying kid and adolescent always asking why and trying to understand people’s stories and experience, whether I knew the person or not (borderline crossing personal boundary’s I would assume). Unknowingly, connecting and networking with people has been something I have enjoyed and has come naturally to me from a young age.
Fast forward to now, it makes sense that I find myself in a connecting/relationship/networking industry called recruitment. My days as a Recruitment Consultant are filled with talking, learning, listening and helping many different unique amazing people. Businesses are what make the world go around, and occupations are important to individuals’ livelihoods. I am privileged that I have the pressure to help businesses and candidates pursue their own goals.
I am the first to admit that I am definitely not perfect and don’t know all the answers. However, I am grateful to be a part of a cohesive, supportive, and unified team. Which enables me to continue developing my own skills within the industry, which in turn enables me to serve candidates and business I have relationships with to a higher standard
