About the Role
Our client is seeking a driven and dynamic Regional Market Manager to enhance their business within the designated region. As the RMM, you will play a key role in maintaining and expanding client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer management.
In this role, you will:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Identify and seize opportunities to enhance the client’s business offerings and services.
- Organize and lead activities and events aimed at generating new business and rewarding existing clients.
- Provide comprehensive product training and support across customer organizations.
- Build strong connections with key decision-makers at customer head offices.
- Negotiate and finalize business agreements and terms with key clients, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.
- Regularly review and update business plans and perform annual store audits.
About You
To thrive in this role, you should be a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a proven track record in sales and customer service. Essential attributes include:
- Valid Full Driver’s Licence and previous experience in field sales or a sales role that has required you to travel consistently.
- Ideally, knowledge of the rural or plumbing sectors, and an understanding of the sales process.
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High self-motivation and discipline, with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in approach, with a keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills and a professional demeanour.
- A commitment to achieving goals and a creative, initiative-driven mindset.
