About the Role This isn’t just your standard carpentry job—you’ll be part of a dynamic team tackling a variety of maintenance and construction projects while taking on leadership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive company vehicles (Clean driving history for the last 5 years).
• Pass a police check for Blue Card eligibility (required for nursing home work).
• Work across a wide range of maintenance and construction tasks beyond your core trade.
• Supervise and mentor TAs, apprentices, or labourers on-site.
• Stay updated on QLD building requirements and adapt to changes in state regulations.

What’s on Offer:

• 10 full-time positions with a 6-month probation period.
• Attractive pay: $45–$55 per hour depending on experience and tools provided.
• Fully maintained company vehicle, starting with a Ford Ranger Dual Cab, available for work and limited personal use (insurance excess applies for non-work-related accidents).
• Choose between providing your own tools for a higher starting rate or using company-provided equipment.
• Training and certification support: We’ll cover the costs for you to pursue your QBCC building license.
• Career growth: Be part of a long-term plan to expand into a multi-site business, with potential for future management roles.

About You:

• Hold a valid Australian Trade Certificate.
• Live within 30–40 minutes of West Ipswich or be willing to relocate.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a solid driving history.
• Adaptable and ready to take on a variety of tasks beyond carpentry.
• A team player eager to lead and mentor others.

While carpenters are our primary focus, we welcome skilled cabinet makers or tilers willing to step outside their trade to apply.
