- Ability to operate and maintain brake press machines, and CNC-controlled equipment.
- Accurately interpret and read technical drawings.
- Apply practical problem-solving skills to daily tasks.
- Contribute to a busy and demanding work environment.
- Work as part of a team with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Physically fit and capable of handling demanding tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Availability for reasonable amounts of overtime.
- While not essential but High Risk Forklift and Overhead Crane competencies also highly regarded.
