About the role
Joining the customer service team in organising all international sea and air shipments for a list of your own clients into Brisbane. This will also include some quoting, rate management updates for the system and clients, as well as updating SOP's for any new clients, keeping current SOP's up to date and trouble shooting any issues or questions your list of clients have, including 2 of the companies largest accounts.
Duties & Responsibilities - Routing & Bookings for all your clients international movements
- Account manage 2 of the companies larger accounts
- Quoting & rate updates
- Supply chain solutions and trouble shooting issues for clients
- Client visits, meetings & reports
- SOP updates and creation for new clients
Skills & Experience - Freight forwarding experience
- Operational understanding of international logistics
- Customer Service exposure within forwarding, desirable
- Incoterms understanding
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Quoting | Rate management within Cargowise system
Benefits - $90K Base + super range
