Pace Appointments have joined with multiple well known highly successful and trusted clients in the Toowoomba area along with Goondiwindi. 
The clients cover a range of roles - Diesel Mechanical and hydraulic solutions, providing expert services in hose and fittings, on-site repairs, system design, and fabrication, along with conversions and re-builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain hydraulic systems, pumps, and rams on heavy machinery.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on hydraulic equipment.
• Troubleshoot faults and implement effective repair solutions.
• Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical drawings.
• Work both in the workshop and on-site when required.
• Uphold workplace health and safety standards.

Skills & Experience

• Trade qualification as a Diesel Fitter or relevant experience.
• Experience working with hydraulic systems, pumps, and rams, heavy transport vehicles and equipment. (role Specific)
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Hourly Rates

Minimum $42/hr up to $50/hr relevant to experience and specific role.
Overtime paid with regular overtime offers across all roles.
