Pace Appointments is partnering with a valued client to recruit a qualified Electrician specialising in Protective Security for a full-time position with a well-respected company in the industrial automatic gate systems industry.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a team working on advanced perimeter security technologies including sliding gates, swing gates, boom gates and impact-rated bollards.  The role offers rewarding, hands-on work across government, defence, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, wire, and commission industrial security gate systems
• Assemble and service control systems (PLCs, relays, switching)
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs
• Work on metal fabrication, minor concreting and excavation
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and safety compliance

What You’ll Bring:

• Qualified Electrician (Electrical Fitter Mechanic)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and tool skills
• Experience with control wiring and automated systems (advantageous)
• White Card and Manual Driver’s Licence
• Current or willing to obtain National Police Check
• Reliable, organised, and safety-conscious mindset
• Passion for learning and professional development
