Pace Appointments is partnering with a leading FMCG to recruit qualified Electrical Fitter Mechanics for their state-of-the-art food manufacturing facility in Kingaroy, QLD. 

The Opportunity:

We’re seeking skilled electricians for full-time maintenance roles across:

• Day Shift: 5:00am – 5:00pm
• Night Shift: 5:00pm – 5:00am
  (12-hour rotating shifts with approximately 48 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance, repairs, and shutdown work across the facility
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and ensure minimal production downtime
• Carry out preventative maintenance to support smooth production operations
• Work closely with production teams to uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Maintain clear communication and handovers across shifts

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Electrical Fitter Mechanics
• Ability to work rotating rosters and flexible hours
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on safety and reliability
• Team player with effective communication skills
• Understanding of WHS practices and commitment to compliance
