Join an exporter that is fortified by maturity and reputation in their space, yet has a small, family orientated feel at ground level.  This organisation is now seeking to appoint an impressive Export Coordinator to assist with mass volume shipments.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
  
SCOPE:

• Prepare, apply and submit export documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bills/Waybills, PRA's, EDN's, insurance and health certificates;
• Lodgment of permit requests via AQIS whilst ensuring relevant certificates are prepared;
• Booking, coordination and control of container bookings (road/rail/sea);
• Experience in EDN's, RFP's & PRA's (required);
• Manage and coordinate logistics, assist with booking containers, arranging releases and provide updates to all stakeholders;
• Assist with the logistical administration and related documentation of products.

SUCCESS PROFILE
Contributing to a high performing and efficacious export department, you will have the opportunity to apply your honed experience and background in exports (sea + air), with exposure to horticulture/fresh produce essential.
  
You communicate with various stakeholders with ease to build rapport and influence, and demonstrate aptitude performing effectively in complex, high-volume environments previously.  Additionally you have:

• Demonstrated export logistics experience within fresh produce/hort;
• Ability and willingness to work on site Monday – Friday;
• Confidence your referees would attest to your proactive, organised and reliable nature and an ability to effectively prioritise competing tasks with a calm supportive demeanour;
• Pride in your strong attention to detail and a high personal standard of work;
• Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Excel;
• Experience in letters of credit is highly advantageous (not essential)
