What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing end-to-end import and export operations for air and sea freight
• Liaising with clients, shipping lines, airlines, and customs to keep everything running smoothly
• Handling documentation, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance (INCOTERMS, Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, etc.)
• Coordinating transport, booking shipments, and tracking cargo to ensure on-time delivery
• Processing invoices and verifying job costs
• Identifying areas for improvement to make operations even more efficient

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding (import/export operations)
• Strong knowledge of air & sea freight processes
• A confident communicator who can build great client relationships
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with CargoWise (CW1) is a huge plus!
