Export Seafreight Operations - Freight Forwarding

About the role:

• Manage export freight bookings, ensuring accurate data entry and coordination
• Issue quotes, negotiate rates, and liaise with customers to meet their requirements
• Handle documentation, customs, AQIS coordination, and export declarations
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and service levels
• Oversee cartage coordination, inspections, and invoicing for clients and overseas offices
• Must have experience with perishables

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in Export perishables Operations and freight forwarding
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team
• A passion for delivering outstanding service and solutions
• Open to candidates with an exporter background
• Proficient with Cargowise software preferred
