Scope: Overseeing their operation at their manufacturing and warehouse facility equipped with state of the art technology, we seek to connect a Factory and Warehouse Manager willing to lead from the front and wear multiple hats. Reporting directly to the COO, the successful candidate will sit across Logistics, Warehouse and Manufacturing facets with key responsibilities of the role including though not limited to:
- Overseeing, co-ordinating and controlling all manufacturing, warehousing and distribution activities;
- Ensuring operational, safety and quality standards are maintained;
- Identifying and implementing processes to improve functionality and efficiency;
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely completion of production schedules;
- Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring adequate supply of raw materials and components;
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum efficiency;
- Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant standards and regulations;
- Manage and train factory and warehouse staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and quality control.
Success Profile: - Proven experience in factory or warehouse management, preferably in the manufacturing or renewable energy sector;
- Certification to operate cranes and/or forklifts;
- Strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, and logistics;
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of renewable energy products and technologies;
- Familiarity with automated warehouse systems and robotics;
- Project management experience.

The successful candidate will ideally have exposure to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. You will need to be flexible, amenable to assisting where required and adaptive to meet demands. A solid understanding of safety and quality standards and good manufacturing practices and ERP system familiarity being advantageous. Given the size of the team, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, coupled with management and leadership experience with demonstrated experience being hands on.
