This national food manufacturer has been in existence for over 30 years. Leaders in their field, they have experienced excellent growth since their inception with their products available in all major supermarkets across Australia, and currently having over 100 employees. 
  
The Role

Reporting directly to the directors/owners of the business, you will be responsible for all financial reporting and accounting, as well as budget preparation and board advisory. You will play a crucial role in regularly advising and determining the direction of the business, while also having responsibility for three accounts staff who will report directly to you. There will be excellent opportunities for growth within the position as the business continues to develop moving forward. 
  
The Person
  
The partners are looking to appoint a degree educated, CA/CPA qualified individual with at least three years similar experience, preferably obtained within a food/FMCG environment. You will need to be highly competent in all aspects of financial and management accounting, and be able to provide demonstrated experience making commercial decisions and providing high level board advisory. While strong in-house experience is the preference, the directors will consider particularly strong first movers if they can demonstrate FMCG and advisory experience.
