This role combines leadership and team management, strategic planning and business development, operational oversight, financial performance, client and stakeholder relationship management, continuous improvement and risk management.

Your success will be underpinned by your extensive people management and leadership capabilities around performance and process improvements, fostering team collaboration and a positive workplace culture. Superior negotiation and communication skills with the ability to engage with executive level stakeholders and foster long term relationships. Strong financial acumen, strategic planning, and business development. 10+ years industry knowledge and expertise across international logistics, customs procedures and global freight forwarding in a senior management capacity essential.
