This role offers plenty of variety and client interaction and will see you coordinate all import shipments from receipt of order through to invoicing, working closely with overseas partners and customers, ensuring ongoing and consistent customer satisfaction through efficient responses to enquiries, issues, and concerns. You will also have the opportunity to cross over to exports.
You will have min 12 months experience in a similar position, a passion for all things forwarding and willingness and drive to take that next step in your career. A client focused team player with highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to engage professionally with a wide range of stakeholders. Organised with the ability to manage your own workload, prioritise effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Cargowise software preferred.
