Import Operations – Exciting Opportunity! Role Overview: This is an end-to-end import operations role with a primary focus on sea freight, and some airfreight as needed. Responsibilities include:
- Job registrations and bookings
- Tracking and reporting cargo
- Liaising with airlines and shipping lines
- Coordinating import documentation and customs clearance
- Arranging cartage, invoicing and delivery
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
What We Are Looking For: - Minimum 2 years’ experience in international freight forwarding
- A passion for customer relationship management and quality work
- Excellent communication skills
- Cargowise experience preferred
