Maintenance Electricians – Central Brisbane
�� Locations: Eagle Farm & Murrarie

�� Pay Rates: $53–$54.50 per hour + penalties + overtime
�� Rosters: Rotating shifts or day/afternoon options (no night shifts for one role)
�� Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Roles
We’re seeking experienced Maintenance Electricians to join two high-performing food manufacturing facilities in Brisbane. These positions offer secure, long-term employment, strong team culture, and ongoing professional development within modern, well-maintained sites.

Role 1: Shift Electrician (Day/Afternoon Roster)

• 3-week rotating roster with no night shifts and a 4-day weekend every third week
• 10-hour or 8-hour shifts (depending on week)
• Small, supportive team environment (Fitter, Electrician & Apprentice)
• Focus on continuous improvement, asset reliability, and RCA initiatives
• Competitive rate: $54.53/hr + penalties
• Site relocating to Port of Brisbane in 2026

Role 2: Maintenance Electrician (Afternoon/Night Rotating Roster)

• High-volume food production facility
• Rotating afternoon and night shifts
• Competitive pay: $53.45/hr + penalties + overtime
• Access to retention bonuses, tool allowance, RDOs, and on-call allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on plant equipment and systems
• Fault-find and repair using PLCs (Allen-Bradley preferred), SCADA, and automation controls
• Support continuous improvement projects and downtime reduction initiatives
• Work collaboratively with fitters and production teams to achieve maintenance goals
• Ensure compliance with food safety and electrical standards

Skills & Experience

• QLD Electrical Licence (mandatory)
• Previous experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments
• Strong PLC fault-finding and VSD knowledge
• Sound understanding of CMMS (MEX, SAP, or similar)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Team-oriented, proactive, and safety-focused
