Project Manager to join their expanding team.
About the role: - Leading and managing project schedules, programmes, stage completions, OH&S, handover and commissioning.
- Overseeing employees and external subcontractors across multiple sites to achieve project milestones.
- Ensuring QA, OH&S and environmental compliance requirements are met.
- Providing weekly and monthly reports to the Construction Manager.
- Effectively managing time, resources, labour, suppliers and contractors according to the project plan.
- Achieving project milestones in line with the project plan and client expectations.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Planning and scheduling projects using Microsoft Project and Excel.
About You:
- Trade qualifications as an electrical professional (essential).
- Demonstrated project management experience on large commercial and/or industrial projects.
- Proficiency in managing large 3-phase installations and interpreting complex network and circuitry diagrams.
- Experience with High Voltage installations (desirable but not essential).
- Experience with Automation/Control installations (desirable but not essential).
- The ability to prepare quotations for large and small projects.
- A proactive approach to working autonomously and collaboratively to meet timelines and budgets.
- Experience managing and exceeding client expectations.
- Exemplary communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and respectfully.
- Business or project management-related studies (desirable but not essential).
- Strong computer and IT literacy for efficient project management practices.
