The role
 
Our client is looking to hire a pump maintenance/repair technician with a background in plumbing to join their team based at Brisbane Airport. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintenance and repairs on all types of pumps, including submersible, rainwater, potable water and sewer pumps, while also assisting the plumbing team when needed.
 
Duties:

• Ensure all work is done according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards
• Accurately complete all required paperwork for each job
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and managers
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Skills and experience required:

• Strong technical background with demonstrated workshop experience
• Essential experience in the pump repair industry including machining and fitting
• Restricted or full electrical license is desirable but not essential
