About the Company:
A well-established and progressive food manufacturing facility located on Brisbane’s Southside. About You:
You’re an experienced operator with a strong understanding of industrial plant systems and hold a current Advanced Boiler Ticket (BA).
You may be a qualified fitter, or simply an experienced plant operator or trade assistant with hands-on exposure to boilers, refrigeration, and air systems. A trade qualification is not required – just the right technical experience and a proactive approach to maintenance and safety.

Requirements:

• Current Advanced Boiler Ticket (BA) – essential
• Experience operating and maintaining boilers and other plant
• Familiarity with fixed plant equipment and preventative maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Sound communication and time management skills

Bonus Skills (Not Essential):

• Mechanical trade qualification
• Experience within food or manufacturing environments

The Role:
Become part of a dedicated maintenance operations team ensuring the efficient, reliable, and safe operation of the site’s boilers, refrigeration, air compressors, and water systems. You’ll play an important role in maintaining plant uptime, supporting servicing activities, and contributing to a smooth and safe production environment.

Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm (flexible start/finish times)
Shift Coverage: Occasional coverage may be required with notice
