Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Business Applications team to implement the Group systems improvement plan aligned with strategic priorities.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to streamline business processes.
• Develop and deliver reports using tools such as Power BI and SQL Server to meet end-user requirements.
• Manage IT system changes, including requirement analysis, solution design, and implementation, while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement.
• Identify and maintain system integrations to enhance efficiency and reduce manual input.

About You:

• Strong problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical approach.
• Proficient in SQL and Business Intelligence tools; ERP experience is a bonus.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to create detailed documentation.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
• Demonstrated ability to manage workload effectively with strong attention to detail.
