Job Details

The Role:

• Managing transport operations, booking deliveries, and handling billing tasks
• Updating system databases with accurate information
• Liaising professionally with stakeholders
• Assisting with customs clearance declarations in line with regulations
• Submitting required documentation on time
• Responding to queries efficiently within operational deadlines

About You:

• Knowledge of government regulations and customs import operations
• Familiarity with road transport operations (FCL experience is a plus)
• An understanding of international freight shipping terms
• Basic mathematical and accounting knowledge
• Logistics understandings
• Must be an Australian resident or hold a valid visa with unrestricted work rights.
