About the Role: As the
HVAC Manager, you'll oversee the delivery of both commercial and residential projects, managing a team of
Project Managers, Estimators, and Site Supervisors. You’ll also be hands-on with
estimating and quoting upcoming jobs, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and support a team across estimating, site management, and project delivery
- Prepare accurate estimates and quotes for ducted and split system installs
- Coordinate project schedules, resourcing, and subcontractors
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all works
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and suppliers
- Monitor job progress and costs, and support team development
About You: - Strong background in HVAC management across commercial and residential sectors
- Proven experience with HVAC estimating (ducted and split systems)
- Confident team leader with solid knowledge of installation standards and compliance
