Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced HSEQ Lead to join their dynamic team.

About the Role: - Collaborate with the local site to lead and implement Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures.
- Develop and roll out comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of the plant.
- Drive the plant’s safety culture towards a zero-harm vision, ensuring immediate reporting and thorough investigation of all incidents.
- Oversee the site’s compliance with safety standards, including managing first aid, hazard identification, and emergency preparedness.
- Coordinate return-to-work programs, fostering a strong culture centered on workplace rehabilitation.
- Maintain and ensure compliance with environmental standards, including ISO 14001 certification and managing environmental audits.
- Lead quality management efforts by maintaining ISO 9001 and HACCP certifications, managing the audit program, and implementing corrective actions.
About You: - Cert IV in Health and Safety Management, along with qualifications in Quality Assurance and Training & Assessment.
- Demonstrated experience in safety risk assessments, health and safety regulations, and managing safety and environmental systems.
- Proficient in developing and implementing training programs that align with organizational HSEQ goals.
- Strong background in managing return-to-work programs, with a focus on rehabilitation in the workplace.
- Experience in maintaining compliance with ISO standards and driving continuous improvement in quality management.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and mentor team members effectively.
- Knowledgeable in LEAN manufacturing concepts and proficient in using MS Office for reporting and documentation.
