Our client is seeking a highly skilled versatile IT professional to join our NSW team and take charge of various critical functions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in freight forwarding, demonstrating exceptional knowledge in Excel.

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Oversee and manage the current and upcoming IT project list.
• Coordinate with external IT suppliers to ensure timely product delivery.
• Create and update onboarding information for customer IT capabilities.
• Discuss and implement standard integration options with customers.
• Conduct site visits with customers as needed.
• Test and develop internal SOPs for new IT products or major system changes.
• Manage upgrades to the CW1 System.
• Develop and maintain the staff onboarding program for CW1 and system training.
• Test CW1 changes to assess their impact on business and processes.
• Participate in IT conference calls and meetings as required.
• Develop and maintain a business continuity plan for system failures.
• Support other projects as needed.

Requirements

• Operational Freight Forwarding Experience is Essential
• Cargowise One Experience Preferred but not Essential
• High Level of Excel
• Power BI Experience Preferred but not Essential
