As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Improvement Coordinator to join the team.
Job Summary:
The Process Improvement Coordinator will be responsible for identifying, analysing, and implementing improvements in freight forwarding operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the Freight Forwarding industry. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of current operational processes within the freight forwarding department.
Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Lead and manage process improvement projects from inception to completion.
Work closely with various departments, including logistics, customs, finance, and customer service, to understand their processes and requirements.
Preferred Skills:
Strong understanding of international freight forwarding operations
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Power automate, Mapforce & Sequel
Advanced level of macros and mapping
