As a Sea Import Officer, you will be part of a dynamic team ensuring timely and accurate freight movement and exceptional customer service. You'll coordinate with international agents, track shipments, manage invoicing, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth freight processes and timely shipment handling.
• Coordinate with international agents, carriers, and vendors.
• Work with internal departments to manage import shipments and resolve issues.
• Track and trace ocean import files, updating shipping details.
• Use workflow monitors for daily shipment oversight.
• Maintain effective overseas communication and process service provider invoices.
• Participate in team meetings and training.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in freight forwarding, focus on sea freight imports.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and customer service skills.
