As a Sea Import Officer, you will be part of a dynamic team ensuring timely and accurate freight movement and exceptional customer service. You'll coordinate with international agents, track shipments, manage invoicing, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities: - Ensure smooth freight processes and timely shipment handling.
- Coordinate with international agents, carriers, and vendors.
- Work with internal departments to manage import shipments and resolve issues.
- Track and trace ocean import files, updating shipping details.
- Use workflow monitors for daily shipment oversight.
- Maintain effective overseas communication and process service provider invoices.
- Participate in team meetings and training.
Qualifications: - Prior experience in freight forwarding, focus on sea freight imports.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and customer service skills.
