With highly experienced import and customs teams to manage your clients' operational needs along with the latest industry software on hand and state of the art 3PL facilities, you will be well placed to offer the very best service to your portfolio of import clients.
This is a full time permanent position within a busy and professional Client Services Department. Your role has a unique set of responsibilities to include both customer service and administration functions. Managing a small portfolio of clients, you will be the primary point of contact within the business for any queries or shipping advice they may require.
You will be responsible for purchase order management, quoting, cargo tracking, collation of data to prepare reports for clients and internal departments, troubleshooting and ensuring your clients understand shipping processes relating to their import requirements. This role also includes a high volume of interaction with the offshore team to ensure they meet all administration requirements for the department.
The successful candidate will boast recent customer service and/or administration experience gained specifically within the international freight forwarding industry along with sound working knowledge of the Cargowise One operating system. You are reliable, organised and customer focused.
