Our client provides international forwarding services to a global client base. This is a key Supervisory role within a close knit team professional like-minded individuals.
Reporting to the General Manager you will be overseeing of all day to day forwarding Customer Service operations within the Import department. Your day will involve overseeing the Customer Service team where your staff will be tracking and tracing of Import shipments, updating status reports and obtaining rates from overseas offices / service providers. You will also have your own portfolio of accounts where you will be responsible for as well.
The successful candidate will be an inbound freight forwarding specialist. You must feel confident enough in you abilities to be able to oversee an additional staff member on a daily basis.
