Our client is part of a highly regarded global logistics group offering full supply chain services to a diverse customer base of importers, exporters, wholesalers and retailers. With a solid team of stable, long standing key personnel and services to include air and ocean freight forwarding, inhouse clearance, 3PL and e-commerce, they maintain an enviable position at the forefront of this fast paced and competitive industry.

An opportunity has arisen within their Key Account Team for a suitably experienced individual to take over the management of a portfolio of clients.

Key areas of accountability will include:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with all designated clients
• Receiving and processing orders for portfolio of clients from start to finish
• Maintain up to date and accurate job files
• Auditing and Closing files
• Troubleshooting issues, with agents /shippers/service providers and clients alike.

This is a very important position within a high paced, client driven department.

To be considered applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Solid experience gained within the international freight forwarding industry
• Exceptional communication and problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive attitude, willing to continue your professional development and education on the industry and market trends
• Working knowledge of the Cargowise One operating system is preferred
• Flexibility to work from home and the office is also on offer
