Our client provides international freight forwarding, customs clearance and transport services to a diverse client base. Due to ongoing growth and success, an opportunity has arisen within their Melbourne branch for a suitably experienced Customer Service & Pricing Coordinator to join their team.

Working within a fast paced, professional team environment, you will enjoy variety, plenty of client interaction and the freedom to truly make this role your own. This position will see you supporting the Customer Service Team by preparing quotes, regularly reviewing and updating rates/tariffs and keeping them up to date on market and industry changes.

To be considered for this position applicants must meet the following criteria:

Recent experience gained specifically within the international freight forwarding industry

Working knowledge of Cargowise 1 (EDI Enterprise) and MS Office

Experience in quoting within a forwarding environment
