Focusing on both Import and Export Air Freight, your role will include:
- Ensure all import transactions to be completed with speed and accuracy and improved service
- Attend to email queries of internal / external Customers and overseas offices
- Help to improve workflow / processes to minimise delays with timely job registrations
- Process/invoice handovers and pre-alert are sent to outside brokers
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal/external clients/stakeholders
- Assists with all aspects of customer service and advice, talks with customers by phone or in person, handling queries in a timely manner
- Informing clients of vessel/aircraft delays, order status reports undertaken Daily as required
- Maintain customer files
- Complete all other duties as directed by your Manager.
