Position Overview:
Responsible for end-to-end 3PL operations, ensuring accurate receivals, order management, dispatch, billing, and customer service while meeting SOPs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all 3PL tasks from receipt to dispatch
Receive and correctly allocate cargo in warehouse systems (Cargowise)
Monitor orders, arrange urgent picks, and confirm KPI compliance
Book transport and ensure correct contractor dispatch
Provide efficient cargo movement solutions for clients
Manage stock accuracy and complete stocktakes as required
Ensure all tasks are billed correctly per client requirements
Provide customer service for allocated accounts
Assist with warehouse operations, including forklift operation
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organisation in the warehouse
Liaise with National 3PL Manager to ensure smooth operations
  
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience in 3PL, logistics, or warehouse operations
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Experience using Cargowise (preferred)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Strong communication and customer service skills
Forklift license (preferred)
