It was a vision and a determination to make a difference in the market that led this dynamic female duo into their 10 year reign in the recruitment industry. Their networks are expansive and clients are considered their partners with who they believe in collaboration, communication and consultation.

Founded in 2011, Tricia had been working from Melbourne for 5 years in recruitment when an opportunity to own and run her home state, Queensland business arose. Sighting a rare opportunity to build an authentic, people-centred agency with a true Queensland focus and character, Tricia called on her previous colleague Melinda Butts and in later years, Peter Mifsud. Together the three directors began to build something special.

Pace Appointments Queensland has grown from its humble beginnings into a partnership focused agency where all their consultants are well respected masters in their fields with known and diverse industry knowledge. Pace Appointments Queensland now sits in that elusive sweet spot – the happy medium.
