Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Customer Service & Sales Support team member to assist with clients, source rates, negotiate pricing, and prepare quotes. You’ll work closely with operations, freight forwarders, and overseas agents to ensure smooth shipment coordination and exceptional service
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client enquiries and provide excellent support
Source competitive freight rates and negotiate pricing
Prepare accurate quotes and sales documentation
Coordinate shipments with operations and overseas agents
Track shipments and update status reports
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience in Customer Service or Sales Support, in Freight Forwarding
Knowledge of air and sea freight operations
Skilled in preparing quotes, sourcing rates, and negotiating pricing
Strong communication and organisational skills
Experience with freight systems (Cargowise) is a plus
