Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Export Airfreight Operator to join the Tullamarine team. This role focuses on all aspects of air export operations, including preparing documentation, coordinating shipments, and liaising with clients and carriers. The position offers variety, strong client interaction, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment
  
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process air export documentation accurately and on time
Coordinate airfreight shipments with clients, carriers, and overseas agents
Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
Provide updates to clients and resolve shipment enquiries
Assist with quotes, bookings, and export-related administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate records and data in freight systems

Qualifications and Experience:
Recent experience handling air export operations in international freight forwarding
Strong knowledge of airfreight procedures, documentation, and regulations
Excellent client liaison and communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
Salary commensurate with relevant industry experience and expertise
