Modern fit out office in the busy forwarding hub of Tullamarine, with free on-site parking, 2 days WFH or 30 hour week option. Position Overview:
Joining a well regarded exports team, your role will be covering all sea freight exports (FCL, LCL, BCN) as well as some air freight export help during busy periods and when people are away. Bookings, routing, line and supplier daily contact, not to mention client interactions with updates and any troubleshooting issues. Opportunities to develop and cross train in other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Booking all new sea freight export shipments out of country
Domestic transport
Liaising with suppliers, carriers on a daily basis
Overseas agent contact
Manage documentation flow
Primary export operator for all things sea freight

Qualifications and Experience:
Freight Forwarding experience a must
Export background and skill set in forwarding
INCOTERMS
Time management / prioritisation mindset
Customs regulations understanding
Strong communication and negotiation skills
