Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Export Sea Freight Operator to join the Tullamarine team. This role offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end export shipments, coordinate documentation, liaise with clients and carriers, and play a key role in delivering seamless freight solutions within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end export sea freight shipments.
Coordinate bookings with shipping lines, customers and overseas agents.
Prepare export documentation and ensure accuracy.
Handle FCL and LCL and shipments.
Provide shipment updates and resolve operational issues.
Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery.
Process job files, invoicing and system updates.
Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
  
Salary and Perks:
$80,000 - $100,000
  
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience in export sea freight forwarding.
Strong knowledge of FCL, LCL and export documentation.
Experience using freight systems (Cargowise preferred).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
