Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Export Sea Operator to join our growing logistics team. This role focuses on coordinating sea freight shipments, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent service to our clients

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end export process for sea freight shipments
Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and export declarations
Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and clients to ensure timely shipment schedules
Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients
Monitor compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures
Liaise with internal teams to resolve operational issues quickly
Maintain accurate records in the company system
  
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience in sea freight operations
Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and compliance
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient with Cargowise
