You'll be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of import airfreight shipments, ensuring smooth operations from arrival through final delivery.

Duties will include:

• Handling all aspects of import airfreight operations
• Liaising with airlines, overseas agents, and clients
• Coordinating customs clearance, deliveries, and final mile logistics
• Accurate documentation, invoicing, and job costing
• Maintaining excellent customer service throughout the shipment lifecycle

What you bring:

• Experience in import airfreight forwarding
• Strong knowledge of international air processes and Australian customs
• Proficiency in Cargowise preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
