A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified Import Sea Freight Officer to make their mark in this pivotal role. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating all aspects of import sea freight operations
- Liaising with clients, shipping lines, and key service providers
- Trouble-shooting issues and delivering practical solutions
- Ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant for customs clearance
- Tracking and tracing shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Preparing invoices and managing job costings
