Our client is a reputable, Australian-owned organisation providing consolidation services to the international logistics industry across both import and export operations.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified Import Sea Freight Officer to make their mark in this pivotal role. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating all aspects of import sea freight operations
• Liaising with clients, shipping lines, and key service providers
• Trouble-shooting issues and delivering practical solutions
• Ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant for customs clearance
• Tracking and tracing shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Preparing invoices and managing job costings
